About TK Coaching

Who am I?

I’m Tim— a husband and father with a range of experience in the worlds of ministry, mentorship and leadership. Over the years I’ve watched many men, couples, and leaders struggle how I have: alone, confused, discouraged, and ultimately surviving rather than thriving in the full life Jesus came to give. (John 10:10)

My own journey through ministry, marriage, faith and personal growth has shown me that transformation doesn’t happen in isolation; I’ve been blessed with key people at key times to guide, challenge and support me on my journey and am passionate about doing the same for others!

Why do I coach?

I coach because I’ve seen and experienced the hope, power, and possibilities having someone in your corner. I also coach because I’ve seen and experienced the hopelessness, confusion and weight of trying to live and grow in isolation. Through the ups and downs of life I’ve gained tools, frameworks, and questions to effectively be in the corner of people who far too often have to figure things out on their own.

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for anyone who wants an ally to grow in the areas most important to them. While coaching can be a lifeline for those in crisis, most of my coaching clients are functioning, faithful, and doing ok… but they know there’s more. They feel the gap between where they are and who they’re called to be, and they want support to show up well where it matters most.

Coaching is for people who want clarity, confidence, and momentum whether they’re navigating transition, deepening relationships, strengthening leadership, or simply wanting their daily decisions to align with their faith and values. It’s for those who are ready to be intentional instead of reactive, proactive instead of passive, and hopeful instead of hesitant. If you want a guide, a sounding board, and a structured path toward growth, you’re the kind of person coaching is for!
